Quick video update

As you can see by this video, it's getting harder and harder to capture Faedon talking on film - as he is either desperate to have the camera himself or he just wants to keep moving - he has things to do! Anyway - here's a little bit of him telling me the plans he has for his new baby sister...

Bedtime stalling tactic #103: The Potty

So Faedon has figured out that asking for a glass of water before bedtime is not really going to stall the inevitable bedtime for very long. However, insisting that he absolutely HAS to use the potty is a surefire way to waste a good amount of time without being rushed. Here's a very delighted Faedon and a very bored and annoyed Daddy after waiting 15 minutes at the potty for Faedon to pee...

Faedon has been displaying some odd habits lately. His favorite food is now broccoli and his new favorite thing to do is vacuum...and he's actually pretty good at it! We're just going along with it and enjoying it while it lasts....

Terry's new toy

Terry just upgraded to a bigger, better lathe....he's very, very excited about it. Expect to see bigger, better bowls coming your way soon...

Faedon's English pony

Dad and Carol were recently in England and decided to send Faedon his very own English pony...well, it's a pony backpack...but he still thinks it's the coolest thing ever. Here are some pictures of him modeling it after school today...or at least modeling it for a second before going into his usual routine of rummaging through the refrigerator looking for trouble with his trusty dog at his side...

Back online!

Sorry for the long delay between posts! We had a mix of technical issues (missing camera) and physical issues (I have been sick as a dog between the pregnancy and colds) but I think things are getting better!

More importantly, the picture above is from my ultrasound this morning. Baby #2 is healthy and growing well and is a little girl! We're very excited. They've also moved her due date up a week to 8/22.
