The year in pictures....

I thought this might be a fun way to wrap up the year...I know it is going to get very busy between now and the New Year, so if I don't get a chance to post anything new before 2008, here are the highlights from 2007 set to music. I know the image quality isn't great online, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.

I thought I'd have a hard time picking which song to put behind the pictures, but then I remembered this song - a brand new one from an artist that all three of us love and listen to every day in the car - so I immediately knew it'd be perfect. Take a listen and I think you'll agree.

As the lyrics say - "these days they go so fast...these days are ours". I agree with that sentiment completely and hope that everyone reading this had a great 2007 and makes the most of each of their days in 2008!

Enjoy and happy holidays!

Terry, Ashton and Faedon

A visit from Santa!

Faedon went to a friend's house today and was treated to a big surprise: a visit from Santa! He still hasn't quite figured out that Santa=Toys - but he is beginning to suspect that there might be something special about this particular man that he should look into....

The thing about 2 year olds....

The thing about 2 year olds is that they get fixated on things. Faedon's latest fixation is his ski hat. He has been wearing it pretty much non-stop all weekend. Of course, in another day or 2 it is pretty likely we won't be able to get him to wear it for love or money.

Terry, Faedon and some oven mitts....

Faedon was so excited to see snow that he is insisting on wearing his snow hat in the house. Here are some pictures of Faedon and Terry playing with the oven mitts....

It's snowing!!

After a chilly overcast morning, it suddenly began to snow like crazy around noon today (and is still going). So I thought I'd post some pictures....

We really don't know what to make of this...

Saw this "ad" on the side of a building in Winthrop. If you can come up with a plausible, family-friendly explanation of what they're suggesting here, please let us know...because we're a bit stumped ourselves...

Pictures from the resort

And here are some pictures from exactly where we were staying...
