One of the favorite holiday traditions in Seattle is the Christmas ship parade. Basically, every Friday and Saturday during December, boats and ships of all sizes get decorated with Christmas lights and then parade through the waterways around the city while a live chorus sings carols from one of the main ships. So Friday night, we went on our friends' (The Childs family) boat and got to be a part of the parade! We were very lucky to have beautiful weather and the whole evening was a blast for all of us. Of course, now Faedon wants us to buy a boat...

Faedon is wise...yes, you should buy a boat. I'ts practically required in Seattle, with the highest per-capita boat ownership in the nation. Get on board! Pun intended.
