A weekend in San Juan Island

Mom was here last weekend, so rather than stay in the city, we ventured out to San Juan Island - a lovely little island about 2 hours from Seattle.



While there, the kids ran around the local sculpture park - with Kellyn insisting on riding the GIANT iron horse...and Faedon being happier with sitting on the much smaller crocodile.





Mom and I also went whale watching, and saw a good 20 or so Orcas...unfortunately I didn't get very many good pictures of them...
