Weekend Getaway.

A few weeks ago, Ashton and I escaped to Langley for the weekend. We rented a little yellow Mini, dropped the kids off for a sleepover, and off we went to Whidbey Island. More specifically, The Inn at Langley.

Above is the view outside our deck of the Sound. Not bad, eh?

The tub and shower had a full view of the water. Breathtaking, really.

The town's deserted at low season, which suited up just fine. We wandered around. Stopped for a drink. Had a lovely dinner. Then raided the local grocery for magazines and dark chocolate for some reading in bed.

Such a nice Valentine's Day Getaway.
