Today was about the most beautiful day ever - a wonderful way to usher in Spring. And Faedon, Kellyn and I spent it with our friends (the Childs' family) while Daddy worked his magic on the lathe.
Our friends had taken their boat to the local marina in downtown Seattle as part of a St. Pat's cruise....and we met them at the dock and loped around the most touristy part of Seattle today taking pictures and acting like tourists in our own city. It was amazing.
I think my favorite part was catching this little sea lion napping on the rocks across from the boat. It was precious to see him stretching out his little fins while he slept. But I also love the picture of the seagulls and how the city is reflected in the water.
Such an incredible city we live in. We couldn't be luckier.
