September evenings...

We're enjoying the last gasps of summer here in Seattle - and trying to make the most of it. So last Thursday after work we went to Golden Gardens, a local beach/park that's about 15 minutes from our house.

The kids went crazy hunting for sea glass and shells...

And climbing on random driftwood...

And just running like a wild dog ( I love this picture, by the way - how cool is it that I managed to capture him with both feet off the ground?)

It was a lovely night - and another reminder of why we love living here. The beauty of this part of the world is unparalleled.
